Patience
Most days there is nothing to do. We wait for a level we already marked, and let the ones that don’t reach it go. A missed trade costs nothing; a chased one costs a stop.
PnD Capital Trading
Patience and Discipline
The whole method, in one line
We trade our own capital in crypto, equities and equity options. Every position is sized off a stop that exists before the order does, capped at one percent of the account. Nothing is discretionary about the risk — only about whether the setup is worth taking at all.
By the numbers
Only figures the journal can evidence appear here.

02
The stop is set before the entry and sized so a loss is survivable and boring. Position size is arithmetic, not conviction. Six written rules are checked off on every single entry.
03
Every trade is logged with its stop, its result in R, and whether the rules were kept. Performance is measured against capital actually deployed, not against the whole account.
The desk
Our own sizing and journalling tool, built because the spreadsheet ran out of room. It sizes the position from the stop, records the trade, and reports what the rules cost or saved.
The rule sheet
Publishing the rules is the point. They are checked off inside the app on every entry, and the adherence figure is reported beside the returns.
On the record
Every trade since 2025 sits in the journal with its stop, its result in R and its rule score. The curve above is one page of it, drawdown included. We trade our own capital, so there is no one to report to but ourselves — and no interest in publishing figures out of the context that produced them.
If that changes and we take outside capital, the record goes to whoever is considering it, in full, before anything else is discussed.
